Wader Loaner Program
Dirty’s Outerwear™
Wader Loaner Program:
At Dirty’s Outerwear™, we realize that sometimes things happen in the field that are unavoidable, and we are committed to getting you back in a pair of waders as quickly as possible. Should you damage your waders outside the guaranteed workmanship and/or material defect, we can ship a “loaner” pair of waders the same day you call.
How it works
Call our customer service number 706)-529-3478 or email us at CS@dirtysouterwear.com to get an RA# for your waders that need to be repaired, and ship them back to us at 1135 Riverbend Dr, Dalton, GA 30721. If you are in immediate need of waders to hunt with, we will ship you out a “loaner” pair while yours are in transit/being repaired. Dirty’s will charge your card for $450 (shipping included) for the loaner pair. Once your pair is repaired, we will ship them back with an emailed tracking number verification. Once you receive your repaired waders, you have 15 days to send the loaner pair back, and have the charge to your card credited.
Other FAQ’s:
How long will the repair take?
2 to 5 days, not counting for transit time to and from Dirty’s Outerwear Warehouse.
What is the cost of repair?
Depends on the nature of the repair - puncture, tear, etc. If you can include a photo in the email, we can quote you immediately. For reference, a small puncture would run approximately $25.
What if I need the loaner pair overnight?
We cover standard ground freight on the loaner shipment and the shipment of the repaired waders from Dirty’s warehouse. Air freight is available for an extra $75 anywhere in the continental United States.
